Meet Jenny.

I’m a fourth year Engineering Physics student at the University of British Columbia with a passion for big data and machine learning. Through my interdisciplinary education and experiences, I hope to build the skills necessary to tackle today’s health challenges.
At the NINET Laboratory, I am the site administrator for the REDCap project databases, code for the laboratory website, and write data analyzing scripts in multiple programming languages. My current project utilizes machine learning algorithms and aims to predict how certain predictors on different depression rating scales (HRSD and IDS) will affect a patient’s response to Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) treatment.
Outside of work and school, I enjoy playing badminton, watching movies, hiking, and baking.
